Instagram 28 Day Photo Challenge Day 10: Something I Made-Kale Chips with Parmesan

Kale Chips- they are one of my favorite ways to eat an entire head of kale in 3 minutes flat. I toss the chopped kale in virgin coconut oil (olive oil is also good), throw a pinch of salt over them, bake for about 10-15 minutes in an oven at 415 degrees (until crispy, but not burnt) and then squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them with a sprinkling of some parmesan cheese. Delicious.
